Clinical use has resulted in changes in electrolytes and/or blood chemistry changes. Drugs of this class may cause Cushing's syndrome, manifested by moon face, obesity, headache, acne, thirst, increased urination, impotence, menstrual irregularities, facial hair growth, and mental changes.
